- Return and exchange of goods.
1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014. July. 22 d. by resolution no. 738 (Official Gazette, 2014, No. 2014-10565).
1.2. In order to return the product (s) in accordance with Article 8.1. the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail specified in the contact section. by mail and by filling in a special exchange-return form, indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for return.
1.3. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return product and proper return documents.
1.4. When the buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:
1.4.1. the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
1.4.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.4.3. the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
1.4.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
1.4.5. when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
1.4.6. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 1.5. the return procedures laid down in Article
1.6. Upon returning the received defective and / or defective goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.
1.7. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid, including the price for delivery, shall be refunded to the Buyer.
